MHL tv remote control not working

Hey there,

I successfully connected my Xperia Z to my sony tv via mhl. But I can't control the phone with my remote whatsoever.
Any clue why?

Thanks for your prompt reply but it didn't resolve the problem. The link instructs how to connect the phone via mhl. But what I need to know is how to make my remote control work.

I have the same problem with an Xperia Z1 and an Bravia KDL 80...

MFG
