'Memory unmounted or unavailable' + Cant backup files because PC companion keeps crashing

Hello guys I have found myself in an annoying situation

All of a sudden when trying to access my files from the album app it come up with the message 'memory unmounted or unavailable' and I can't access my other files such as music fomr the walkman and videos from the videos app.

Now this is annoying becuase I don't have a memory card and all my files are stored internally so how could it become unmounted?

Secondly I saw on another post that I'd have to backup my files on pc companion and then I think reset my phone and then restore my files back, but the problem is when I try to bckup my files PC companion ALWAYS freezes and crashes so I don't get anywhere. Help guys

I have a similar problem on my Sola. One moment everything's fine. Then all of a sudden I can't access my photos in the album and a "Memory Unavailable" message pops up

The weird thing is, it seems everything else is accessible, i.e., videos still open in MX Player (as well as in the default video player), PDFs and other documents still open when using a file manager. BUT, trying to open a JPG file from File Commander results in the same error message. However, I am able to open the same JPG file using Astro Image Viewer.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Edit: I forgot to mention, when I take a photo, the image is saved just fine, with the thumbnail shown on the lower right portion of the screen as is normal. However, trying to open the photo I just took results in the same error message.

Just delete some photos taken by ur camera

Nothing helps i have a sony xperia tx and im having the same problem but i dont know how to fix it i tries each and everything which was available on the internet related to this.please help me
