my live with walkman cannot scan media such as, pictures, audios n videos.. i've downloaded scan media apps form playstore but nothing happened.. so, how to fix this without using another media apps?

Try to clear data for media storage under settings > apps > all > media storage > clear data.
Restart your phone and wait for the phone to index all media again.
