Major issues_ Xperia c

I do have 3 major issues with this phone
1) if I charge the battery to 100% them it drains very quickly from 33 to13% but if charge it to some 80% it works properly, why and solution.
2) it does not remember anything about home screen customization on rebooting. Every single app(on sd card) which I had moved to home screen, on rebooting I would not find them, moreover I have installed some apps like Google drive, economics times, wordweb etc on sd card but after restarting it they were simply lost, I mean it's annoying you are losing all your important data just because your phone can't remember thing on your memory card.
3) I don't know why but some times it restarts on its own.

I use16gb class 10 memory card.

This is my second phone first one they(retailer shop)
Replaced thinking that above mentioned problems were piece specific but I am facing same issues on my second set also.

8.Description(in detail) :

I purchased Sony Xperia C from IndiaTimes Shopping And The order Date Was 29th October 2013 and the product got delivered to me on 2nd November 2013. I found a defect of proximity Sensor Issue In The Phone and when i approached The Sony Service Center they didnt agree to replace the handset and also they are not giving the DOA certificate. They Are Saying They Will Repair It Which I dont Want as the Product had manufacturing defect so either i want the Phone to be replaced or i want the money refunded back to me.

They Have Replaced Its Mother Board Which i am not accepting at all.

Now i have Moved To Consumer Court  And I am going to fight a case against Sony Mobile.

If Anyone else is having the Same issue KindlContact ME on my email Id skhawar07 @gmail.com

We Just need to prove that it is a manufacturing defect and the case is ours.

I just need support of others Who are facing the Same problem.

As I filed A Complaint Aginst them And Sent A court Notice To Them.

They Called Me yesterday And Are Saying that We have Got A New Phone for You and Said Kindly Come And Take it.

I refused that because i want a compensation for the earlier harrasment and wastage of my time.

If Anyone Needs Any Help against them Kindly contact me on my email skhawar07 @gmail.com

Dear Rickard,

please be kind enough to escalate the battery drain issue from 35 - 13% to the respective section. This really is the most deal breaker bug for most of the people in the forum. It hasn't been handled even in the latest update

steps to replicate : charge device to 100%, once discharging charge drains down from 35% to 13% in under 3 or 5 minutes.

Please help us

I tested this on several units some time ago but i could never replicate any issue. First try the suggestions in this thread and see if it helps: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/FAQ/Facing-problems-with-abnormal-battery-and-shutdown/m-p/320375. If not, please send me a PM with the following information and i'll forward it for further investigation:

Phone nr:
E-mail:

Operator:
IMEI nr:
