Major issues_ Xperia c

I do have 3 major issues with this phone
1) if I charge the battery to 100% them it drains very quickly from 33 to13% but if charge it to some 80% it works properly, why and solution.
2) it does not remember anything about home screen customization on rebooting. Every single app(on sd card) which I had moved to home screen, on rebooting I would not find them, moreover I have installed some apps like Google drive, economics times, wordweb etc on sd card but after restarting it they were simply lost, I mean it's annoying you are losing all your important data just because your phone can't remember thing on your memory card.
3) I don't know why but some times it restarts on its own.

I use16gb class 10 memory card.

This is my second phone first one they(retailer shop)
Replaced thinking that above mentioned problems were piece specific but I am facing same issues on my second set also.

yesterday i'm upgrade my phone (Sony companion notify me about new firmware) but nothing change!

battery drain issue still exist! COME ON SONY!!! r u kidding me? fix that problem ASAP, i'm exausted

Booting issue and screen blank issue has got solved after the update but hanging & internal memory is still a problem

the pc companion showes a new update 16.0.B.2.13

Sony You Really Need To Care More About Your Software Updates 

I Installed The Latest Update B.2.13 And I Was Happy When I Found The Battery Goes Normally From 35% To 15% And

I Thought The Problem Is Solved But

I Found The Battery Goes From 15% To 0% In No Time

Who On The Earth Made This Update ?! 

This Is Really Disappointing Even More The The Battery Issue ItSelf

I have installed the latest update from Sony 16.0.B.2.13 and the problem is not solved, and it seems to me that is even bigger than before, because the battery now drains from 15% to 0% in 2 minutes and the phone shuts down. This is very frustrating and I am still waiting for a real update that solves the problem. I hope someone from Sony reads this posts and takes care of these problems, because we took care of Sony's problems when we bought the phone.

I have escalated this again but could please try the following and see if that helps:

Press and hold on/off and vol+ at the same time until the phone turns off and restarts.

Let the phone drain the battery completely and then charge it over night without starting the phone.

i tried that also but didn't solve anything

i also ran into another issue . when i plug in the earpiece and try to call someone or recieve a call from someone the proximity sensor doesn't respond to anything and the screen still on for the normal 30 seconds then go off ?!

what is the cause of this ? and please provide me with a fix for the two problems here

Do you have a flip case or screen protector?

i have a screen protector but it's not covering the sensor , and it's working perfectly in usuall cases , it's just not responding 2hen the earpiece is connected
