M2 WIFI Will Not Authenticate WPA/WPA2 Connection

Hi.

Two days of trying to connect my new M2 to my home WIFI with no success. It will connect to open networks without problem but will not authenticate with my router's WPA/WPA2 WIFI security. 

All other devices connect without fail. I've tried rebooting both devices and all firmware is up-to-date. I've tried changing the router wireless channell. Nothing works.

Looks like I'll be sending it back and avoiding Sony if this can't be fixed.

Well I rebooted both devices again and now it works!

Make sure you have the Password typed correctly. Had the same issue with my fathers Fios router. I wrote it down awhile ago, Thought the 0 was an O. Once I figured out my mistake, No problems.

Cannot connect my Sony M2 to home wifi. I am connected to all other networks but phone will not connect. Although I am fairly computer literate at 80 years old with family all over the world this is a problem I can do without. Any help will be appreciated.
