Loud Speakers sound low

After lolipop update loudspeaker sound very low. Befor its good. I have tree Z2 phone. Every phone same issue. please help

I suggest boot your device into safe mode:

Then go to -> settings -> about phone -> diagnostics -> test your phone

If speaker works ok, a third party app its creating this issue.

Have you got microphone noise suppression or speakervoice enhancement on under Settings > Sound & notification?

Media sound setting full. Bit sound very low. This phone have 2 speakers. But unfortunately its waste. Any media playing time need head phone

After updating to the latest update, I noticed the top speaker has significantly lowered volume. Can anyone tell me if they have a similar issue? I'm assuming this is a software issue.
