I gained a whole new z3 xperia less than 6 months ago.
I have from day care, not surprisingly, I paid a lot of money to acquire it (as you know) I've never taken out of the case and has always been screensaver. You can not imagine what was my dismay when last week, like every morning I took the phone to turn off the alarm and found that a small crack has appeared in the IPS panel from the top right and not on the glass, which is intact as the rest of the terminal.
The crack has progressed throughout the day, passing has caused both horizontal and vertical lines of pixels of different colors, leaving the crack itself to the limits of the screen. This has worsened to the point of being difficult to read the contents of the screen.
I want to make clear that the mobile has not fallen on any occasion, or has been subjected to pressures nor has folded, crushed or any other variant and of course I have not subjected to extreme temperatures.
Moreover, despite its resistance to water, never introduced in water, not even I have a bit wet.
I hope you tell me that is covered by the warranty, if so, whether the way forward in my country (Spain)
What I want to avoid is pay the 28 euros that you charge if the warranty does not cover the damage.
