Internet Connection Problem

Hi,

If I keep my phone idle for more than half an hour then my internet connectivity is lost. I am not able to connect to Internet until i reboot my phone? whether anybody faced the same problem? Can anybody help to sort this issue

Model - Xperia Neo L (MT25i)

Android Version - 4.0.4

where to find extended standby mode enabled or disabled? i checked in developer options, about phone and unable to find that.. can u pls tell me where i can find this option?
