Incoming call problems with audio

Hi all!

My phone started to have a strange problem a few weeks ago: when I get an income call, I can answer and talk but not listen to the other person. However, if I use the hands-free option I can speak and hear perfectly the call (losing privacy on the way).

I have tried restarting factory configuration, and for sure I have not thrown water on the phone. Nothing has worked as of today. All the other phone apps work perfectly.

Any ideas?
