I can't open pdf documents

I've download Adobe Reader but I can't open any pdf documents. Any suggestions?

are the PDF protected? can you open other PDF files? transfer the PDF files again to your phone and check again.

You were able to open the pdf file from Sony, this means that other pdf files failing to open are either corrupted or encrypted. Try to connect your phone to PC and open them.

You didn't give us any feedback to our suggestions. Did you try to open these PDF files on your PC?
