I am unable to talk in my phone with out having ear phones

hi ,, i am srikantha kagana ..

 i bought a sony xperia M few days back .. but now i am unable to talk with this phone without having ear phone..

 if i talk from the phone directly without having ear phone my voice is not reaching the caller.. I mean the person with whome i am talking in phone are not able to here my voice if i dint connect  ear phones.

 Please provide me the oslution

you will enter to Service menu, choose service test and check micro phone... If you found problem send to nearby Sony Service Centre ...
