How to solve z2 auto restart problem？

After I did factory setting and updated the software， the phone still restart by itself without any reason.Pls help...

If you remove the SIM,how is it?

Never try before, the restart is random one....normally two time one day...

I've got these random reboots too. Its quite annoying.

It will dissappear after update hopefully otherwise get a new phone
