how to make video call?

Stated in booklet sony experia z2 got video call function, but where n how?

You need to use hangouts,viber,skype etc.Android does not support it natively.

Using hangout and skype, that cost extra data because our service provider already have video call services.. You can't synchronised all your contacts with others..with Facebook and wasspp your contact automatically synchronised.. Thanks

In the booklet also never stated we consumers need to use hangout, viber or skype for video call..I'm using experia z2, my wife using experia m2 and my house using sony bravia tv, sony ps4 and sony home theatre system..all can be synchronised.. The only thing sony can't install video call button..for now I'm happy..thanks
