i've used this sony miro for almost 6 mnth. a few weeks ago i've got to send it to centre due to lcd malfunction, but when i collect it yesterday all my contacts which is stored in phone memory was gone. how could i ever retrive it since i failed to beck up it before sending it to the centre......
the rest of apss and files were still intact and useable.....
i'm staying at malaysia currently......
advise please......
