Helo! My Xperia Z5 is not charging!

Hello!

I have a Xperia Z5 that is not charinging anymore. When I plug it with the original quickcharge charger, it only notifies me by sound but I do not see any battery lightning ⚡ icon and does NOT increase the charging.

But, when I charge it with my powerbank, it charges normally. Can someone please give me solutions to this problem.

could you try a different wall socket and usb cable?

I  have the same problem with my Z5. Its battery is completely flat.

So i cant do any of the software tricks.

I Have tried different cables and chargers. All of them charge my old Z2 but my Z5 wont charge.

Yeah! Me too I have the same problem. I think it's because of the update recently for Z5. Dont you think so?

Do you have any powerbank? My Z5 can only charge with powerbank.

I dont know. I have done my software update a few weeks ago.
