what should i do to turn on my xperia z1 after i used in the water it shut down, until still not working. any suggestions pls?

Sorry to hear that, contact yoru local Xperia Care and request a vacuum test

Make sure not to attempt to charge it.
now i put on rice container. yes itried to connect in a charger.
