Have had my Sony Xperia SP since November and for the last few months my text messaging has been playing up. Sometimes when I recieve a lengthy text message, my phone cuts out half the text and replaces it with sections of another text sent by the same person weeks before, resulting in some very interesting/confusing messages. The original message shows up fine on the sender's phone and will work properly if sent again. However, sometimes I will not receive a text message at all, and again will show up as sent on the sender's phone and I will receive it if it is resent. I took my phone into the Three store that I bought it from and was told that doing the most recent system update would fix these issues, which was the case for all of 2 days until it began to mess up again. Unfortunately, I'm on a 24 month contract with about 16/17 months left which means I can't just ditch it and start a new contract without a hefty fee so I'm desperate to get this fixed!! Has anyone else had the same issue and managed to fix it?
