Future smartphone Sony Xperia SP2

Good day, dear representatives of Sony!
First and foremost, I would like to thank you for your work and for products that are produced under the brand name of Sony! Sony - is not just a brand, but a kind of distinction of exquisite design, unsurpassed quality and enjoyment of the using your devices, that providing under proud name and logo. And secondly, one of the your devices will be discussed. I am happy that I purchased the phone Sony Xperia SP (C5303) and is ready to use this device for many years. But the world is changing rapidly as the market: more and more new models of phones are published. There are no surprise, when comes the new device once a year or every six months (as does the mobile department of your company). And each new model outperforms the previous one, trying to be in the trend, and to keep up with your opponents. However, updates only top models and their thumbnail copies (Xperia Z’s line), and sometimes consumers have proposition to buy other models that for some characteristics are inferior or superior to their counterparts (or analogues, as you like). Among the products, that had presented there are nothing like (or close to) Sony Xperia SP. I have the feeling that the line was broken and has a no logical extension. It doesn’t evolve. Very well, that SP has the best qualities by Sony, combining unique hand smartphone Sony Xperia S and Sony Xperia P. It is primarily concerned with original design, which even today is one in the market. So Sony Xperia SP is a unique product on the market. I am completely satisfied with my phone and I'm sure it will serve me as my favorite for a couple of years . But sooner or later the question will arise to purchase a new smartphone. There is no doubt, that it will be the Sony device. Which one? If I succeed, I can try to buy (if it will be possible) similar Sony Xperia SP, but it performance will not be enough to experience the full range of emotions experienced by users of the top models of Xperia Z. I would like to formally appeal to you about looking opportunities to continue Xperia SP models. An integral feature of the unique and unlike any other smartphone is the LED-line that magical plays with colors when using the phone. Personally, I love this phone for the emotions that it gives me. Though it functionality is already can yield current models, but I still loving it! But I would like to see in the future a model SP2 or something similar one. And it must be functional as Sony Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact. Please take into consideration my request! Besides, I already began to think about legendary phone on my. How to improve it? Already have the first sketches and records that describe and visualize the future of SP. Perhaps if Sony is interested in my vision of the future model, I could share it! Thank your very much!

Don't lose heart guys.... Anything is possible. Lets just hope that they take this into serious consideration.

I have been using Sony/ Sony Ericsson products for at least eight years now and everytime i fall in love with a product line Sony goes right ahead to discontinue it.

First was the Xperia pro, i simply loved the keyboard and i felt it was a really unique product so when there was no Xperia Pro 2 i switched to Xperia SP which is my absolute favorite so far. i just love the LED Strip (I'm not aware of any other brand that does it as well as Sony does) and till date people still ask me about it and ask if it is new phone. It came as a SHOCK when we did not get the Kit Kat Update as promised on the Support Website when first i first bought the phone, but then i thought hey, there'll be a new Xperia SP phone.

Amazingly, that has not happend yet and i do not understand this at all!!! SP is truly a design connoisseur's phone, the deign is absolutely fantastic, this phone was Sony keeping its promise.

None of the other new xperia product lines speak to me the way SP does yet the software will not be upgraded. So what am i expected to do?!!!

I'm gearing to get a new phone but i cant find any out of all the new Xperias that meets my expectations design wise and as much as i love my current phone it is getting old and needs to be changed, it doesn't really fit my professional image anymore with all ther little blemishes (this i could have dealt with for a little longer if the software had been upgraded, unfortunately it wasn't).

Here are my choices;

1. Reluctantly pick an Xperia i dont really enjoy - and which will most likely make me dump the xperia line totally

2. Continue to use my old Xperia SP till almost no new software works on it any more - this remids me of my experience with Xperia Pro so i really don't want to go down this line.

3. Go shopping for a completely different brand that would fit my needs.... Sony don't make me do this PLS!!!!!!

I hope that Sony will take this into consideration and either restore the SP line or Create a follow Up phone that take's SP's design into consideration (LED Strip inclusive).

DO this, and Sony has my money for the next few years, who knows, we may do a 15th year anniversary of a fantastic partnership!!!

Finally, SONY , pls reply, i need to know the answer to my question.

Guys, please stop whining. My SP runs nice and smooth with Lollipop 5.1.1, there are a lot of great custom roms out there.
