Front camera problem after 245 update

Anyone face the same problem as me?
Somehow the front camera won't show any image. But it will if some dialog opened like deleting a picture or pressing power button.

Try this 

settings > apps > all > camera > clear everything > press and hold power & volume up for 6 seconds > try again
