I have bought a Sony Xperia mobile c2104 on March 2014, from April my mobile started switching off automatically.Initially it was once in day.. After that thrice.. After that I don't know the count, Whenever I take it out it will be switched off. So I have approached a service center (1st time) they have reset my os....problem continued.. Again I reached service center(2nd time).. Again os reset, this time they suggested me to flash memory card and use.I did as they told bcz I love my mobile... Again same issue this time my battery will never drain bcz phone is always switched off only.... I went to service center (3Rd time) again os reset, they suggested me to change sim card also.... I did as they told bcz I love my mobile very much .... After 1 week, same issue... I went back 4 th time... They kept my mobile under observation for 3 days... They didn't find anything....I got shifted to new city now, different service center... Went 5th time....same os reset.Now 6the time, This time I have mentioned one more issue, "dedicated camera button was not working " (which I didn't bother much bcz I was having more serious issue than that) they checked the device and didn't find anything regarding auto switch off issue, but they changed the front panel for camera button issue.... After that switch off issue stopped fortunately.... After 2 months.... Now my loud speaker is not working(sometimes) .... Only from earpiece Iam able to listen sounds.... 7the time I went.... As usual they checked, everything was working perfectly at that time (my fate) so only os reset again.... 8th time I went, this time they noticed that no sound from loudspeaker and they found a loose contact.... Got repaired..... After some days some weird sounds(tuning a old radio for frequency- same sound) from loudspeaker whenever Iam getting call or listening to songs... Went back,this now ninth time.. Bcz I hate my mobile.... This time they replaced my loudspeaker.... Everything working fine till today.... Now again loudspeaker is not working.... Please suggest me can I get my mobile replaced... Bcz from the third week I purchased this Iam facing problems like **bleep**....Iam a IT guy... Getting permission from managers and going for a service center is like **bleep**.... I used to show my mobile to everyone especially the arc design of Sony... Nowadays Iam not taking my mobile outside because people will tease and laugh at my mobile... (I literally cry) Y I need to bear all this things wen others are peacefully using some local brand mobiles..... Y I need to go for a service center these many time wen I bought a NEW mobile from such a Big brand.... If ur suggestion is to go to service center.,please remember this is the 10 the time 😞 (also some more issues are there like proximity sensor not working properly, Etc.,) please suggest me what can I do now... Still I love Sony bcz I have a LED TV,digital camera. External hardisk from Sony all rights working fine till now....please help me in this... Thanks in advance....
