Experia Z2 hardlocked ?

Hi,

I bought a new Sony Experia Z2 from Bangkok, Thailand and was told that the phone is unlocked. When I came back to India and tried with the local sim, it didnt work and got to know that the phone is locked. I tried getting unlocking code with *#*#7378423#*#*  and all the values were [0]. Is my phone hardlocked? If yes, what can i do to unlock it?

Could you please provide us with a screenshot from the SIM lock menu via the service menu? And can you also send me a PM with the phones IMEI-number? You can see the IMEI-number if you go to the dialer and enter *#06#

Did you manage to open the phone ? I bot a similar Z2 from O2 UK and the finished all the tries.

The phone is hardlocked how can I open it   I am locaked in Kuwait

I have a similar problem. The diferente is that my Xperia z2 was bought in Perú and I can't use it in México because is hardlocked.
