Error! Camera not Available!

Sorry for my bad English knowledge.

I updated CamScanner-Phone PDF Creator. and I could not use the camera.
Xperia V   4.1.2 JB.

Sony Update Service is re-installed on the phone, but still no camera.
Message: "Error, Camera is not available"
I am very sad because I had to delete full mobil.
And the camera still does not work !!

i had the same problem
and when i rooted my device and updated the software to android 4.3 it was back to normal
