E4g keyboard unresponsiveness

Hey there!
I've got a brand new E4g and sometimes the keyboard is unuseable. It doesn't register half of my taps. The device doesn't have a protective cover on the screen, so that couldn't be a problem.

Is there a solution, or this is a separeted case of failure?

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

I'll certainly try the PC Companion repair. It happens with any app where I could type, and I use the the stock xperia keyboard, but tried out GO keyboard as well-the lag and unresponsiveness was still there. I found that if I change the orientation from portrait to landscape, it improves in some cases, but not always.
I suspect it is just aome software bug.

Yes I would recommend that you try it. It doesn't sound like a hardware issue as it only happens from time to time and does not seem consistent.
