When I purchased the phone I noticed that the data connection was not available. Wifi has always worked normally I went back to the store where the I bought the phone and they told me that I have to send the phone in and they would reboot the phone. However I would loose all my information on the phone and would be without a phone for at least three weeks I cannot do this as I use this phone for my business and must have it at all times any suggestions
