click to calling screen 📴 off

When I click for calling
Than screen off
And not open by the power button
Than cut the call
Screen on by power button
Please anybody help me
That is a setting problem or a technical fault?

protective case?

protective film? 

settings > apps > all > smartkey > uninstall it

You can also attempt to perform a diagnostics test and check the Proximity Sensor.

Menu > Settings > About Phone > Diagnostics > Tests > Proximity Sensor test
