charging problem

Have a charging problem.
When I plug in the charging cable charging icon appears, but the device is not charging.
I pull off the cable, the charge icon blebt made and the unit will discharge faster than usual.
It loads only if it is off. But only up to 75% Max. What can I do?
The red switch-off button I have already used several occasions.

Hi,

Could you let the phone discharge completely and try to charge it again while it's powered off? Just to see if it reaches 100%. Otherwise, have you tried different cables/adapters to exclude problems related to your current accessories?
