help please
my phone isn't charging
I read some forums and have tried a reset the button inside till it buzzes but I'm stuck with a phone that goes to sony with a red light then shows a battery and flashing red bar then nothing no light no screen nothing
I'd really appreciate help
yes I seem to be stuck
the phone just has a red light bar now and does not switch on off or anything
Just try the software repair,if it does not work,you have to stop by a sony service.
I now have nothing, looks like there's no power at all
the on off doesn't do anything

Try now to repair with SUS,it needs the phone to be completely off.
so I've connected to my mac
but no device detected in sony bridge for mac
what is SUS did I ask this before?
Sony update service is for PC,the alternative would be Sony bridge.But as you say it does not work on the MAC.
ny bridge does usually work
but the phone needs some juice in it sothe computer can recognise it is there
as it is the phone now doesn't even have the 1% it is dead
what to do?
how do I find out where a sony service center is?
