Cell phone suddenly turned off

Hello there!

I have a Sony Xperia Z1, and it has already turned off without any reason, fortunately my cell phone have warranty, so I took it to my service provider and they were able to fix the situation, after 5 days, it happened again, I read in the forum a way to turn the cell phone on, but I would like to know the reason why this is happening, I bought the cell phone in February 2014, is this a reason to change the phone? should I go to my service provider and ask for a new one instead? or should I change brands?

thank you in advance for your response!

thank you for your suggestions, I'd tried everything, I removed the sim card, I also tried with the PCC, but the cellphone was not recognized, so I could not do anything, the only thing that worked was to press the power button and the volumen at the same time and it rebooted, but my concern is, why is this happening? is there any specific reason? This is not my first Sony, before I had the Xperia Arc, and the same thing happened, I thouhgt it was a virus, and I was able to fixed it.

Thank you!
