Finally you will get a “Create Unlock request” page, enter your IMEI (last digit needs to be removed), name and email address. You should now receive your unique unlock key, its displayed on screen, SAVE THIS KEY SAFELY."
This is wrong and not working. At the moment, you have to choose a device first and than press continue. The problem is: Xperia U is not listet!
I called the sony hotline and chatted with a support member. They told me to write a mail to [email protected]
I dit, but till now i wait for an answer.

I tried it the following way:
- choose a random device and press continue
- on next site, enter your valid email adress, check the terms & condition box and and press submit
- check your emails and open the link, a new website will open
- Enter the IMEI of you Xperia U and check the boxes and push the button to get your unlock key
