cant download mms messages on btmobile.....another problem!

hi guys,

 as above....i cant download mms messages on btmobile. is there a setting i can change?? ive downloaded and installed bt's stuff and it still wont work.

Is your data on? do you have the correct APN settings? any antivirus or taskiller? how old is your SIM card? is it a nano SIM card?

yes my data is on, also tried it with my wifi....brand new nano sim, nor sure about the apn settings, where can i find them? .

 i have no anti virus installed....i have a task killer but its not running.

How old is the SIM card? Contact your carrier/network and request the correct APN settings, perhaps its something that has to be done on their side.

If it's a new Nano Sim swapped from another, sometimes some services don't reprovision correctly to the new sim.
Call bt mobile and have them manually remove the mms service then reprovision it to your account.
It will then reactivate within 24 hours.
