Cannot hear voice on incoming calls

Greetings,

I have god one isue with my cellphone.

I've got Xperia Z C6603. 

Before and after update, I can not hear the voice of the persons from incoming and outgoing calls. 

I tried all the mentioned ways i found on this forum. Repiring, Smart conect data cleaning, Factory reset and even plugind and unpluging the earphones... but still the problems exists.

interesting thing is that from few calls i can hear the people talking with me, from other part I can not...

I would like to kindly ask you to help me to solv the issue...

If you have tried all the things that you mention but it only works sometimes (if I understand you correctly), it sounds more related to a hardware issue. I suggest that you visit nearest service center to have the phone examined by a technician.
