Can't do software repair!!!!

Can't do software repair to my xperia t!!!! when I connect the phone (on the last step), pc companion shows: "there is no software available for your device"! please help

As Thommo suggested,you need a flashtool and a ftf file.

I installed flashtool but, when I connect the phone it shows that the phone is locked
