When i make a call the person on the other end says they can barely hear me and hang up. When i am in the car on bluetooth it works fine but not when i am just using the phone as normal in the office or outside.
Hi and thanks for the response. I had already tried your solution as I seen it in a previous forum but it didn't work. The phone is being sent back to Sony as they think it is a hardware problem.
