I have this issue as well, both music and speech are affected, however it is far more produced on the speech. Ford sync stereo volumes with my old iPhone were at 6-10 for calls and 8-15 for music however for calls I now need the volume at 35+ just to get something audible and 45+ to have a slim chance of having a conversation. Is there anything I can do to improve this?
Same problem here, audio quality **bleep**, lots of crackles and noise, all my other phones work(ed) perfect but the Z1 doesn't. Hope they fix this soon. My Car Audio system is made by Sony, my Samsung, Nokia, work(ed) perfect but my Sony doesnt ???
