Blank black screen on Z3

Hi I'm with Xperia Z3 , 3 days ago.. Last night it turns completley blank black screen while in the process of updating an app. Have tried to hit the reset button and the volume up and powerbutton trick but it doesnt work.I cant see any logo or splash screen. Now, I'm deciding to visit the store bought it and see what they can do. Can they possibly replace my phone or will just fix the issue?.. I'm afraid my important pictures can't be recovered

When you hold the volume up and power buttons do you receive any vibration feedback? you should receive 3 - If you feel 1 then keep those buttons held down untill you feel 3 then try starting your phone

Yes It just turns off after 3 vibrates. Still blank black screen

My phone was replaced. I did go to a Sony Service Center and ask for a Technical Report Assessment and then go to the Store where I bought my Phone.

I have now got the same problem with my z3 going to take it back to the shop if they can't replace it i will send it to Sony for repair

Just had this isue for the first time in the (almost exactly) 1 year that i've had my z3.

It pulsed 3 times and then restarted. Thanks for the tip!
