BIG problem with the Xperia L internal memory

Like a lot of people in this forum, I have a BIG problem with the internal memory, and I don't know what app cause this problem.

I sent the phone to the Sony Service and the only they can do is change the camera (?) and update the system. Doesn't work, of course.

I reinstalled a lot of times the smartphone, inhabilite programs, root the phone...and still the same problem.

Wrote to Sony in Spain, calling to the Sony headquarters in Spain...and not responding to the problem.

I don't know what can I do, only I say that I have a smartphone to which I'm comitted for 2 years and this one doesn't work.

Exists any solution for this problem? Sony will fix one of these days?

There is no official information from Sony regarding this issue. Xperia care in Sweden confirmed that there is no solution and no time schedule for a fix.

I guess we'll just have to wait until Sony decides to care....

That might be a solution if you want to dig into the problem and troubleshoot yourself.

It also seems as the suggestions in xda forum includes rooting which voids the guarantee.

For me, and most other users, that's not an option.

Remember, most users probably don't even knows about this or the xda forum.
