battery not charge

Hallo all

2 das ago my phone was work very wall , My phone ran down and the battery dont charge it's charge to 1% then after some time it's bee 0% then after time is get back to 1% , and if i keep try turn on the phone some time it's work and phone on with charge 1% but while phone is on the battery dont charge

i connect the usb in the charger and computer and try another charge but the same while the phone on it's not charge , and while is off it's not get hight then 1%

i also try PC Companion > Repair Phone

but i cant pass the first step

i think this becuase the charge is 1% or less

any help ?

Hold power and volume up until you feel 3 quick vibrations then connect it to the power and leave for a few hours
