Battery Charging That Reaches 90% Only Using Original Charger

Hello guys! Please help me! I bought an ORIGINAL CHARGER yesterday. I drained my battery first before using the ORIGINAL SONY CHARGER. But I woke up this morning, I saw 80% only on its screen but when I turned on and charge again, the battery reaches until 90%-91% and then when I keep on charging, the percent result declined to 88%. I want to see that 100% guys! Please help me!

Try turning the phone off and on again, then put the charger in. from ~90 to 100% it shouldn't take more then an hour or so.

What do you mean buddy? Like after getting the result to 90%, I will turn off my phone and then turn on after a few seconds and then charge again? Is that what you mean?

Just turn the phone off and then on again. Then charge it. It sounds like some app has hanged up, causing the phone to drain more battery then usual - which caused the phone not to charge up to 100%.

Thanks Samuel! But how about the way of charging? Did you turn OFF the MOBILE DATA first or uses STAMINA before charging?

You can charge with mobile data/stamina mode on as well. No need to turn anything off. In you're case it seems like there was some app acting up, which should be a isolated event.

Then how to isolate this app samuel?

You can check power management to see if there is any app that drains more battery then the others. But generally a restart should solve this if it's something temporary.

I always restart now but it stops at 93%? I turned on the stamina now... What will I do next?
