Backup & Restores do not work

Take a back up with Backup and Restores to "repair phone / tablet" PC Companion. Now I want to restore from Backup and Restore and emerge a notice of "Can not read file selected backup"
Please respond urgently to recover my data and settings.

Is the file completey?Did the backup succeed?

When I perform the backup, there was no notice that it was not successful  When I try to restore I get notified that the file does not exist  But if the sbf file appears in the folder data backup smarttphone.

If the file is not accessible,I do not think there is a way for you to recover.

So I can not go back to make a backup because obviously does not work, it's a shame that in this smartphone software does not work in my case in particular has caused me problems for app's that I can not reinstall he is updated and will not work with OS 2.1.1 Eclair.
