If i try to enable any audio enhancement on my Xperia Z3 (D6603) the audio completely stops working until i set everything back to default.

I'm on lollipop 5.0.2, on kitkat everything was fine.

And yes, i already tried reflashing everything.

Try this:

- Go to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Audio settings -> Clear data and restart your phone.

When you repair rhe phone with pcc, did it worked fine then it stopped working?

I tried Quester's solution and now the audio enhancement is working only with Walkman.

From what I saw in previous posts, Audio Enhancements under lollipop will work only for Sony apps.

You are right, that's the post I was talking about but couldn't find. Not all 3rd party apps will use Audio Enhancements.

I encounter this problem just with Poweramp.

Contact the app developer about this, as it's up to them to add this feature not Sony

I'm afraid i don't know for sure if this decision was made within Sony or by Google but as i understand it, the global Equalizer was removed in Nexus as well and i also found this: http://developer.android.com/reference/android/media/audiofx/Equalizer.html
