Accelerometer and compass issue

Hey,

Last day my Xperia P fell and now its accelerometer and compass is not working, how can I fix it?

Please guide.

I checked but accelerometer is showing

nil, no values apearing and its Xperia P.

Also compas is not showing any degrees.
