3 Phones with broken screens :(

Hi

In my familly my wife and my oldes sons got one Z1 Compaq each a few months ago ... now all 3 phones have a broken screen on exacly the same spot... on left side close to micro sd card slot is a crack that grows into several cracks ....making the touch screen unusable :(.

I have send them in an Sony wants 250$ each for fixing the screens....

This feels really really bad and i never seen a worse phone then the Z1 compaq !!!

I will spend the 750$ buying Samsung or some other phones for them istead ......( ive always been a sony fan before).

Anyone else had same experience ? Feels very strange all 3 phones have same type of broken screen ?

To see, exactly what it is, and take under control our phones.

Sorry the phones is send to Sony for repair ......but the cracks all begins on left side at micro sd card slot and continue into phone ...

I hope yours phone are repair with no cost for you, It sounds like a factory problem, and it isn't the first time that sony have problems with the screen.

That was my hope too ... but they want 250$ per phone to repair the glass !!!

And i used to be a big sony fan ...
