2 problems with my Xperia SP hope someone helps me

1st problem: when someone calls me or I call someone I barely hear the other person which leads me too listen on loudspeaker(the caller hears me well)

2nd: I used to play big games like asphalt 8,real racing 3 and injustice gods among us normally,but now I re-downloaded Real racing 3 and downloaded marvel contest of champions and when I start a race/battle the game quits.....

1. settings > apps > all > phone > clear data > restart your phone > check again

2. contact the game developers regarding this issues.

I did what u told me but still I barley hear the person Im talking too, is there a way to increae the volume of the call?

While on a phonecall turn the volume up

Did that + cleaned the speaker and it seems better
