Couldnt find any advice, switched from iphone to the XA2 ultra, can't seem to get the data to work. Calling/text works fine, data is turned on, still doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated!
Same problem. Also switched from iPhone... Spent 12 hrs researching and trying to find a solution but so far nothing. Anyone who knows how to fix this problem please respond!!
You might be missing APN settings, and you can try to download those settings while connected to Wi-Fi from Settings -> Network & internet -> Internet settings -> Accept -> Restart the phone after the settings are successfully downloaded and installed.
If this doesn't work for you, contact your network provider and ask for assistance on how to set up those settings manually.
I've heard that but when I go to network and internet settings, internet isn't an option and I've never been able to find an option to accept downloads
