Xperia XA2 - No vibrations after update.

Hello

2 days ago I bought Xperia XA2. I installed 50.1.A.13.123 update, after that my phone has no vibrations.

My dad also have XA2 and after update he have vibrations. I restarted the phone, I did factory reset and still no vibrations.

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test

Also, the factory reset was performed through Xperia Companion or settings menu?

Already did test on diagnostics app with no result

Factory Reset was done in settings menu

I just repaired the phone using Xperia Companion and still no vibrations.

Okay I know whats wrong now. Vibrate motor is stuck, I was shaking my phone and vibrations came for a 10 seconds but they were to low in my opinion. I guess I'll need to send it back to T-Mobile (I bought it there)
