wifi calling on tmobile

Your phone has trouble with connection and wifi calling on tmobile. Is there an update that will enable this feature?

The XA2 Ultra does support Wi-Fi Callin,however It's your service provider who decides whether VoWiFi/Wi-Fi Calling is enabled or not in your device and in most cases your device needs operator-customised software and your subscription (incl. SIM card) must support Wi-Fi Calling for the device model you're using.

For questions regarding what is needed in order for you to use Wi-Fi calling in your device, I would suggest that you get in contact with your service provider.
