Sony Xperia Xa1 Ultra problem.

I want to buy a Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra. Have you ever used this phone?Has there been any problem with this phone?

I happened to encounter the same issue with call function 2 weeks ago. After having the phone repaired free of charge under insurance act at one of the maintenance service center in my locality, it now works correctly and stably. Not sure if this malfunction is commonplace, but you may have your device fixed by sending it to your local maintenance service.

Whenever I save a contact it ends up losing the name which makes it confusing when searching for the contact. Kindly assist.

It's an awesome device doesn't lag and overheat and very fast. Go for it.

Hi Tony,

This is the worst phone I have ever used since using mobile phones. The phone is bugged down by various issues ranging from Bluetooth connection, Wifi Conneection, Can't hear calls, Calls will not ring in to phone, phone will just display a missed call with a message and difficulty calling out on several occassions. I have send im my phone for repairs with Frredom mobile, but it got returned as been fixed. It was not even touched as the phone company and Sony knows there are various issues with the phone and will refuse to exchange it. Even the sony representative I met at the Freedom mobile store on 130 Ave SE, promised me to replace the phone if the next update didn't fix all the issues. The update came fixed some issues, but more issues like mobile connections, unresponsive screen (at the top right hand corner) etc came up. The Sony rep (Robert) never lived up to his promise to replace the phone. It became a ding dong affair between Sony and Freedom mobile until I ran out of warranty. This is my first time giving a review about a phone. I will advise you not to buy this phone at all and Sony should be ashamed and recall this phone. Thanks

Hasta ahora, no he tenido problemas con el teléfono Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, todo normal, ningún problema de hardware y software.

Tal vez el problemas de los otros usuarios, sean lo siguiente:

Exportación inadecuado del producto (posiblemente sufrió algún daño)

Producto reparado o arreglo de terceros

(teléfonos reparados)

Mal instalación del software (mediante flashtool)

"disque-usuarios" (los que dan críticas negativas hasta extremas, por malas intenciones) ("ratas")

Reparaciones mediante software.

Hacer lo siguiente:

Lo más recomendable es hacer la restauración de fábrica del teléfono (formateo) para pequeños problemas del software

También lo más recomendable es realizar la instalación del actualización del software mediante WiFi, es más seguro y confiable

Para los usuarios de Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra con Android 7.0 (nougat) al tendremos en éste teléfono la versión de Android 8.0 (Oreo) 

So far, I have not had any problems with the Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra phone, all normal, no hardware and software problems.

Maybe the problems of other users, are the following:

Inappropriate product export (possibly suffered some damage)

Product repaired or third party fix

(repaired phones)

Bad software installation (using flashtool)

Repairs through software.

Do the next:

The most recommendable thing is to do the factory restoration of the phone (formatting) for small software problems

Also the best thing to do is to install the software update through WiFi, it is safer and more reliable

For users of Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra with Android 7.0 (nougat) we will have in this phone the version of Android 8.0 (Oreo)
