Sony xa1 ultra fast charging problem

When I purchased the phone, the battery becomes full after an hour of charging. But when I updated the phone to its current software update, the charging time doubled. Is this normal?

I took my phone to a Sony maintainance centre. They charged HK$150 for inspection and gave me a quotation of HK$1400 to replace all affected componants, battatery, USB ports and Circuit board. I bought this phone on late July 2017 and I nerver use it for heavy taskes like gaming on it. And It costs the same price for same phone in brand new condition and warrenty. Is there any Sony official staff really look at this hardware/software issue?

Same problem with my cell too first it used to charge from below 20% to 100% in half an hour but now it takes 15 or more than that to charge one percent am really disappointed.
