Since the update I can't take crisp, sharp pictures. Everything is blurry without regard to the lighting or movement/standing still. Before that I could took pictures without problem and they were always focused.
As you can see the picture's edges are blurred, foggy, full of noise whatever you want to call it, the whole image looks dreamlike, on Oreo I could have zoomed in and the picture is still clear now its full of noise.
Fix the camera or bring back the Oreo camera app.
